Our Office Hero is a creative, focused, hard-working, committed, energetic, organized, collaborative communicator who is passionate and accomplished in all things Office, Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Social Media. Your moral code requires building excellence for its own sake and you love to be a part of building something great. Our Office Hero pictures Cheers! as a finely tuned machine.

Speaking of balance, our Office Hero is committed to attending regular wine tasting events, other exciting tours and networking events.
Our office environment is casual (jeans and a t-shirt) and we seek the right candidate to keep up with our “start-up” energy.

At Cheers we have a lot of fun, laugh a lot and enjoy the benefits. We guarantee improved health! The Mayo Clinic says, “Laughter enhances your intake of oxygen-rich air, stimulates your heart, lungs and muscles, and increases the endorphins that are released by your brain, the body’s natural feel-good chemicals. Laughter relieves your stress response and soothes tension. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain.” https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/art-20044456 or consider Proverbs 17:22 “A happy heart is like a good medicine and a cheerful mind works healing.” Circa 700 BC

Create a unique cover letter and inform (convince) Reign and the Cheers! hiring team why you think you’d make a renowned Office Hero. What sets you apart from the crowd?
We’re not keen on traditional resumes. Results-based or evidence-based case studies, and/or testimonials, endorsements, tributes, or honours answer the question, “What good are you?” or “How might you help us?”
What have you accomplished and how did it make a positive impact? Consider using the words, “…resulting in…”
- Reorganized an automated window manufacturing facility including restructuring the staff resulting in greater productivity, less shrinkage, superior morale, and better margins.
- Set the company up with an online presence, created social channels, blog, info centre, additional websites, engaging content, and provided website maintenance and updating resulting in annual sales growth from $3M to over $10M in 5 years.
- Turned around a failing retail hardware and plumbing/heating distribution business resulting in increased annual sales by 21% in less than a year ($3.4M – $4.1M).
- Received high praise for innovation by creating an all-inclusive inventory control system resulting in reduced costs, down time, administration, plus greater profitability.
